1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping only within the EU. All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre and delivered via trusted UK-based carriers.


2. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders within the EU.

  • No minimum spend is required.

  • No additional shipping or handling fees apply.


3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Order Cut-off Time 4:00 PM GMT (Monday–Saturday)
Handling Time 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays & holidays)
Transit Time 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
Estimated Delivery 5–11 business days total

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.


4. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable and trusted partners to ensure timely and safe delivery:

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if products are sent from different warehouses.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the delivery status via our tracking page or directly through the carrier’s website.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

  • We will assist in locating or replacing your package where appropriate.

  • Claims must be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.


7. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of order.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us, we may charge a redelivery fee.
