  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may be marked as non-returnable on the product page (e.g. bedding, towels, or personal care items).


2. Return Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items:

    • If your product is damaged in transit, faulty, or incorrect, you will receive a full refund, and we will cover all return costs.

    • Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if you believe the item is defective.

  • Change of Mind / Customer Remorse:

    • If you decide you no longer want the product, ordered the wrong item, or it doesn’t fit, return shipping is at your own expense.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether the item meets our return criteria.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Please note: It may take several additional days for the funds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
